Nutrition and Habit-Forming Course Hosted Online by Fitness Trainer Adam Shumaker and Master Nutritionist Leo Rosen-Fischer 1 day a week, 8 Week Course on Sundays 10am-11am What you can expect is to walk away with actionable tools to strengthen your nutritional habits. This group will focus on collective action though accountability. We will also focus on “health-ifying” your favorite meals. Part science class, part group experiment.
